Specialises in resolving disputes involving state-owned entities, primarily investment disputes and investment arbitration. Dmitry has extensive experience in representing clients in international arbitration under UNCITRAL, SCC, LCIA, ICC, Swiss Chambers, SIAC, ICDR, FOSFA, WIPO, ICAC, Arbitration Centre at the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, as well as in Russian state courts, especially in bankruptcy cases. Dmitry is the author of a number of publications on international arbitration and civil litigation.

Before joining Better Chance, Dmitry worked for over 20 years at leading Russian law firms and was Deputy Director of Legal Affairs at a company managing assets in the alcoholic beverages, banking and insurance sectors.

Prior to 2022, Dmitry was repeatedly recognised by international rankings of legal advisors such as The Best Lawyers and The Legal 500 "Arbitration Powerlist: CIS and Caucasus".

Dmitry is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law of the National Research University Higher School of Economics and teaches International Investment Arbitration to Master's students.
